This man Michel has debts littered all over the place. He owes his landlord a very large sum of money as well as importers who have brought goods into the country for him. He also owes local businesses who have rendered services for him. Under no circumstances allow this man goods or credit of any sort, he WILL default on his debt. It's only a matter of time now before he either goes bankrupt or does a runner leaving debt everywhere behind him.
